Mellopop VA Services offers virtual assistant services, which include but are not limited to administrative support, scheduling, customer service, and other related tasks. The specific service/s to be provided will be detailed in my agreement with you.
Payment Terms
Payment for service/s is due as specified in our agreement.
Invoices will be issued every month or as agreed upon.
Payment must be made within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
Late payment will attract an additional fee.
Confidentiality
Mellopop VA Services will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details.
We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary information and materials required for the completion of service/s.
The client must communicate any changes or additional requests on time.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all service/s rendered up to the date of termination.
Limitation of Liability
Mellopop VA Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of my service/s.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mellopop VA Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
