Description for project I work on

I do billing and scheduling for a Music School, along with answering the telephone and returning phone calls. I am the first point of contact for clients and potential clients.
I answer phone calls for case management company and do reminders for their client.
I did interview for a for a supportive living agency. I would go on and reach out to persons once they apply for the position and interview them.
I have done a lot of phone call projects as well. Cold calling, customer service call, calls to get emails for staffing agencies. I work with a lot of staffing agencies getting emails from facilities.
I work for a staffing agency where I did scheduling and payroll for them.
