I began my career in the hospitality industry, working for the largest hotel chain in the Caribbean, Sandals International. During my seven years as a front office agent and four years in the reservation department, I developed a deep understanding of customer needs and the importance of seamless service delivery. This experience laid a solid foundation for my transition into virtual assistance, where I continue to apply my skills in communication, problem-solving, and client support.

Description for project I work on
I do billing and scheduling for a Music School, along with answering the telephone and returning phone calls. I am the first point of contact for clients and potential clients. I answer phone calls for case management company and do reminders for their client.I did interview for a for a supportive living agency. I would go on and reach out to persons once they apply for the position and interview them.I have done a lot of phone call projects as well. Cold calling, customer service call, calls to get emails for staffing agencies. I work with a lot of staffing agencies getting emails from facilities.I work for a staffing agency where I did scheduling and payroll for them.
